I can't cough up phlegm.
It gets as far as my throat, and that's it. I can't do that horrible *cccccggggggggghfffffffffhhhhhhhhh SPIT* thing to get rid of it, and medicines don't help at all. I've inherited it from my dad, and Western medicine has so far been unable to work it out.
It's fucking horrendous.
