Does anyone know any really good bittorrent sites where there's loads of stuff and it's trustworthy. i'm suffering since the demise of suprnova.

and while we're on bittorrent,
how do you select only a certain file in a torrent to dl in azureus?
the only way I've managed it is click each of the other files and disable it
