on some tech forum im on and hes asking a question... but he spelled before 'befour'.... i thought it was a misspelling, but then in his post he uses the internet lingo 'b4' as before. and he mixes it up a little with b4 and befour. it seems apearent, although i hope im not right, that this guy thinks that its accually spelled 'befour' because he uses this internet lingo so much....

The word 'and' does not begin a sentence.
I can only presume 'apearent' is meant to be 'apparent'. Same for 'accually' being 'actually'.

I can start a sentence with 'and' if you like:
'And' is a conjunction.
So there!
