On the bridge there are tiny tiny allan key bolts on the struts that hold the strings (got springs on the screws)
Screw those and it will rase the strings.

You can adjust the truss rod if the neck is bowing outwards but do that by quarter turns clockwise but that's only in drastic cases of fret buzz.

All the same height.
But it all depends on personal preference. As long as there is no fret buzz it doesn't matter. Some people like high action (me) and some like them quite close to the fret board (slap bassists)

Just make sure that the string saddles at the bridge are in this position in this picture (e string further back etc) This is to compensate for thicker strings not making buz
