Not bad when I ignore them
I had some mental old bag kick off yesterday when she wanted to pay using an unsigned credit card. My fault apparently, and I would have to kick her off at the next stop if that was my attitude, she said. Fair enough. She found some cash and then demanded my name, so I gave her a little advice on the relevance of my name to her attempt at a fraudulent transaction and she went mental.

I've done 57 hours overtime this month voluntarily. Ironically, all the agro I've had has been on my rostered jobs, mainly because when I am working a rest day I barely show my face.
