No, but my brother has noisy neighbours
He has (the beginnings of; not been there long) a nice garden etc., but no privacy/insulation against domestics next door & across the way.

I don't feel relaxed in his garden; I feel like I'm eavesdropping on ppl (who obviously don't care about broadcasting their woes to the world).
