Oh yes,
though my old neighbour was a wifebeater, this poor woman once barged hysterically into my house after her husband strangled her. The police were called and he was locked up, fortunately.

My next drugged neighbour played naff dance music at stupid hours, despite her two year old daughter living in the same house.

Now we have a lovely Asian family next door, who have been brill neighbours.

You should be able to buy hemp seed from the pet food store, about £2 per kilo. Once you have been sowing that for a few months at least one of your problems should have gone away - or you just won't care any more.
