It's my dad's 65th birthday
so there's a party going on downstairs but it's not really my scene. I'd normally clear off to the pub, but I couldn't manage to stay sober tonight. So, I'm sat in my room* feeling lonely, a bit angry and uncomfortable - I've just realised my reclining chair has gone and the bed isn't comfortable.

*my room at my dad's house. I mover away a couple of years ago because I was permanently drunk here.
