I joined last september,
I got FATTER. I'm not fat, just a bit flabby. It came as a shock, because I used to be able to eat what I liked with no weight gain.

To be honest I didn't put the most effort I could in, I do lack motivation.

jogging is free
as is cycling, if you already have a bike.

Yes but if I wanted to jog or cycle I would
As it is I'm not a big fan of jogging and I wouldn't even think about cycling where I live.

So I don't do it at all, I prefer cycling and rowing for cardio.

Sometimes I get the urge to go for a run and enjoy it
But most of the time I hate it. And I've always had problems with running and my left knee which is rubbish.
