I share a birthday with Ray Bradbury
Can anyone reccomend me a fucking good novel to read while I am on holiday next week ?

If not, I shall stamp my feet and cry.

I'd suggest an autobiography, and Shatner's new autobiography is a very good read,
It opens with a story of him being held tightly by the balls by a sexed up Gorilla.

Ooooo shatners biog, that sounds like a winner
I like biographies (Dispite me saying reccomend a novel)they can get away with being badly written as long as there's lots of juicy gossip.

I heard that Sammi's got an autobiography out soon
Of course, she didnt.

It's a cracking read, and he's very humourous in his approach and you'll laugh more than once.
I've also finished reading the recent Roger Moore Biography as well, also worthy of a read.

Chrysalids is good, but a bit short
if you want something lengthy, get Miss Smilla's Feeling For Snow, or Gunter Grass' Tin Drum, or some JG Ballard or something, I dunno, fuck you.

I'm currently reading a recent Robert Rankin book
can't remember the name of it but it's not terribly good. Hope that helps.
