Do you have flour, butter and sugar?
How far away is the co-op? Do you have clothes?
There's a solution to this problem, I just know it.

it's further away than I could walk in minus 27 minutes.
we have flour and sugar, don't know about butter, we might only have margarine. I've never made scones before either and wouldn't know where to start, and in any case it's quite a length to go to especially since I don't really like scones that much.

Just in case you find some butter and change your mind.

Have you tried ringing all your neighbours' door bells to see if you can borrow a full ingredient list.
Let us know how you get on.
