
Just got my 2nd year University results. Mostly IIii and III. That would be okay, but

It's a learning curve - you'll find that about 6 months before you finish it'll all seem a lot clearer. And if you do a dissertation you really enjoy that makes everything loads of fun too :D

except, for me there were one or two things that i only understood a few months after graduating when it finally dawned on me what the hell the lecturers where trying to explain.
luckily, i still passed the exams though.

I work with a scotswoman who regularly uses "jings!" as an exclamation. It's like living in The Beano.

I'm a born and bred southerner but I've used 'Aye' for years. Although that's probably over exposure to fantasy books and sword & sorcery films.

and they generally improve a grade or two. I spent mine getting utterly cunted and got the same as I was expecting.
The difference between IIi and IIii for most jobs (unless you want to do postgrad or study-specific work) is pretty negligible anyway.
