Last week I found an old tape note recorder.
It had both sides full of me and a mate I've not talked to in years chatting shit at about one in the morning some time in 2004. I know five years isn't really ancient enough to justify nostalgia but it did remind me what it was like being 16. Mostly I'm glad that I'm not any more.

I used to have a cassette recorder with a mic.
I recorded a 'radio' show in the early 90s about my brother having a spotty willy and played it at dinnertime to show my mum & dad what I'd been up to all day. I got sent to my room :(

I even overdubbed a Yazz song about his winky looking like Super Ted's sidekick.
I wish still had them, they would have been epic.
