What I don't get is WHY people do 'I'm going forever' posts.
You inevitably look like an overdramatic prat and doubly stupid when you reappear 36 hours hours later.

Why not just quietly disappear?

I never really meant it to be taken seriously.

But then, every time I posted on /board or /links, somebody would mention it here and I would get gazzed.
