It's an anime about a special forces unit
that has robotic armour based on alien technology, and there's this alien artifact that threatens to destroy Neo Tokyo again, and the lead character is a teenage girl who escapes from the bad guys, and she's got special powers she hasn't learnt how to control yet, and a talking cat.
