I had to give up on DA:O
I was enjoying the main plot, but then it kept throwing side quests at me, and I got quest fatigue. I could just skip them, but then I'd feel like I hadn't properly completed it.

I've only just started it really.
Before going to bed last night I got as far as qualifying as a Watcher and watching my mates get killed. Awesome.

The start is ace.
In fact, lots of it is ace. It's a great game. Just...a bit Bioware-y occasionally. I get fed up with the 'Hey there, you on that quest trying to save the world before we all die horribly. Have you got time to pick 20 flowers for me?"
