Mine's not a straight up mead
It's either a melomel or a metheglin, it's got oranges in it, which would make it a melomel, but it's also got cinnamon in it, which pushes it into metheglin territory.

It's before I stuck more water in and they've settled a lot more since then and have finished fermenting, I just hope to GOD it don't taste bitter
