Today
Freezing fog may be slow to clear some places, but then most places dry and very cold despite some brightness. Some patchy snow is possible in the west towards evening when winds will increase.

Tonight
Some patchy, light snow but most places dry until the early hours when a strong wind will bring more persistent snow, perhaps heavy by dawn.
