barely,and largely because of part-time work. It's still way above pre-crisis levels, it needs to drop a whole lot more before you could even look at the graph and confidently identify a downwards trend. It's got over a hump in late-2011 and that's about it.

Yes, people are taking part-time work and jobs they're hopelessly overqualified for.So unemployment is (slightly) down from what it was a few years ago, but a lot of people are earning very little.
