well, it can be a tourist trap so if you eat in the main square you'll play tourist prices
but step down any of the side streets and there are places for a third of the price. A pint will be between 1-2 pounds, a main course will be 5-6 quid.

Here's an average restaurant menu:

Ta, I'll send her that, shut her up, I'm regretting agreeing to go now, I'd go down all the back streets and see where the working class like me go out , tbh I'd still stay in a hostel dorm or tent, don't bother me anyway

in that case you want a Milk Bar (Bar Mleczny)
it's the subsidized public canteens that sell the real Polish food for about 2 quid a portion. But you'll be playing roulette with it, since they deffo won't speak English.

Fish is "ryba". Dodge that word and you'll be golden.

Japan was tough on me, but surprisingly most places have a mock up of the dishes so you can spot some fish

It's all standard european stuff
KOTLET SCHABOWY is just schnitzel, GULASZ is any meaty stew etc etc. It's just your typical meat and two veg.

I'm more concerned by the fact Poland might have a good relationship with Estonia

All of those words mean "rib eye"?

(, Wed 7 Feb 2018, 19:57, archived)
Rib eye steak with green salad, tomatoes and chips, or potatoes and dip.
