I got one last year, it's pretty impressive.
And very nearly achieved my aim of making me do exercise regularly.
I'd recommend "The thrill of the fight" for some exercise that leaves you as knackered after a couple of rounds as if you were doing it for real.

Worth getting the quest 2 just for that.
Couple of other recommendations:
If your PC is capable then Half Life Alyx via PC link is truly mind blowing.
Gun club VR is pretty good for blowing off steam and cured me of collecting Airsoft guns.
