... I can provide you with some examples of typical interactions that might occur on a forum like b3ta.com/talk:
User 1: Hey guys, check out this hilarious meme I found!
User 2: LOL, that's hilarious! Where did you find it?
User 3: This is great! I'm going to share it on my social media.

In a hypothetical scenario, if a user named "mongychops" posted on b3ta.com/talk about someone named "Moser", it is possible that they could be discussing a variety of topics related to that person.

Although ChatGPT has lots to say about rob. It just makes stuff up basically.
It told me yesterday he was credited as a writer on four episodes of Look Around You, and it confidently named the episodes when questioned.

If a person sends you threatening, abusive or offensive messages on b3ta.com, they could be committing an offence.
The most relevant offences are 'harassment' and 'malicious communications'. For harassment to be committed, there must have been a clear 'course of conduct'. That is, two or more related occurrences.
The messages do not necessarily have to be violent in nature, but would need to have caused some alarm or distress.

If there has only been a single communication, it’s unlikely it would qualify as harassment, but could be considered a malicious communication.
For such an offence to be committed, a message must be sent to another person, or sent via a public communications network, that is indecent, grossly offensive, obscene, threatening or menacing.
