The longer I look at these, the more problems I notice.
The general public is not quite so fussy, going by the positive reaction it's all had.

It's so new, and it's developing so quickly, that I think there's a general acceptance that it's a flawed work-in-progress.
In particular, I think people who have always wanted to be able to make pictures of their own and can now do so easily are very willing to accept or overlook the current shortcomings.
