Probably. The issue is that if there's only one culture tearing itself to pieces over historical guilt, and every other culture is just basically shrugging and saying they don't give a shit what they did in the past, then that culture is circling the drain, and when anything is in danger of dying it commits desperate acts to save itself, hence the rise of far right identitarian parties across the West. Everything needs to come back to centre before the pendulum swings too far back the other way and we all end up in a civil war.

It would be unsurprising to think that white people are more racist than people of other races due to MSM etc sending and amplifying that message, and due to the re-definition of racism that means you can't be racist to white people. Extremists on both sides of the aisle are fanning the flames. Best thing to do in my opinion is not to take it all too seriously and hope it doesn't end up in rioting.
