Internal fuse of the transformer gone maybe. They don't normally just die, and if burnt out they blow a fuse. All depends if you can be bothered to do the checks and fix

Plug top fuse? How did you test it? I'm not being condescending but text it tricky. Did you stick that 13amp fuse in your kettle plug and it worked ? Or a continuity tester

It worked fine. I got my money's worth out of the fridge, I knew I would have to buy a new one eventually. Luckily, I've been saving for a holiday next year, so I actually have the money to buy one
