It's a hard question even to define. Interpersonal interactions may have negligible effects superficially, but could have profound effects in many unseen ways. My methods are not unique and could be qualified/quantified in a variety of wide reaching and comprehensive sociological/anthropological studies (if sufficiently well defined and correctly identified, obviously). I'd confidently predict that my methods are more effective going forward in time, as opposed to going backwards (what with macro-universal laws of causality), but I'd humbly predict that anything I'm personally/individually responsible for is entirely negligible when considering the totality of space and time.
