I've had the most excruciating 24hrs:
I had to let a guy go as his sales figures are shit and he's so Indian I can't understand him, not even in writing and much worse on the phone. I said that we've been losing money so we need to get someone else in, and that perhaps poor communication/English was why. His reaction: 'sir I am not a money thief!'. I had to explain that I wasn't accusing him of theft and that this communication failure was a great example of what I was talking about. He messaged me today asking if he was working on Saturday.
