It's a fermented chili paste, I'm a bit obesessed with it because it's new to me and I think it's delicious and I'm a bit of an obsessive
I've kept to a veggie diet for most of my life, if I find a new way to make it more interesting I tend to grab it.
It really is fucking delicious if you like warming/salty/savory/slightly-sweet type tastes.

Whatever plans I might have when I buy it, cauliflower only ever ends up steamed whole in a covered pan with an inch of butter and a handful of herbs until the top is cooked and the bottom is charred
minus the hand obvs
then add thin whipped yogurt and a little vinegar to the pan at the end to mix with the herbed butter and then strain it all over the cauliflower ok
thinking about it, it could probably use some gochujang
