i'm loving making my own
cornmeal on the pizza paddle so the dough doesn't cling is so much better than flour, that's the biggest tip i can give anyone. cornmeal tastes lovely, flour, not so much.

what pizza did you have? i nearly put anchovies on mine tonight, opened the can and everything, just couldn't take the plunge.
