i don't hate TV, I hate watching/reading news. it's depressing and scare mongering and i can't do anything about it
so why include that in my life? when i did jury service nobody believed i didn't know who the PM was, but i didn't. and i'm not missing out. i feel so much better since i cut that stream out of my life.

i don't watch TV because i don't want the newsfear in my life. everything i watch is on demand. i choose what i consume. it's a better diet, for me. everyone's different, but it helps me.
