To make wooden Venetian blinds, you'll need to prepare the wooden slats, assemble them with a lifting mechanism, and finish the project.
The slats can be cut from a larger piece of wood or by replacing the slats on an existing blind.
After cutting the slats to size, you'll need to create holes for the control cords, sand and finish the wood,
then reassemble the blinds by threading the cords through the slats and attaching the headrail and bottom rail.
