I have been to both of those
Botin is older and was today's luncheon. Both are great experiences but the tucker is mediocre at Rules and actively poor at Botin. I mean really poor. They've had 300 years to learn how to roast suckling pig but haven't worked it out yet. Any day now, I'm sure
