Casa Dani in the Mercato de la Paz does what is supposed to be the best tortilla in Madrid
It's very nice but I wasn't blown away by it. Ham aside, Spanish food doesn't really excite me very much tbh so perhaps that was a 'me problem'.

Restaurante Botin is the oldest continually running restaurant in the world, it's a beautiful, historic place but the food is absolute gash.
