.. we are seeing a 'red X' instead of your pic (same goes for the link you supplied above)... Try rereading the FAQ and have another go.....

if it can't load an image it displays a little red cross, a bit like this:

the piece of html you are linking to is on the internet, but the image it references is only on you harddisk - so you can see it, but no one else can. you need to put the image file on your website as well...
