and very amusing,
but to be pedantic, everything the russians made in the cold war was bigger, sturdier (solid, not well built) and slower. the numbers part is right though.

the yanks were test-firing every 10th nuke they made... the russians were making them so slowly, then ended up blowing every one up just to make it look like they were going faster than the yanks.
