It wasn't too bada mate of mine's ripped, he claims that he hadn't done his ground work before going in. He told his dad, who it turned out had had the same thing happen to him, and they shared a moment.

Sorry to jump in here but....The exact same thing happened to me (except that I decided against the heart to heart with my dad at the very last minute when my old chap began to heal up). Actually, I've done it twice (and the second time was way more traumatic for all concerned)
