There's probably some incredibly easy way to do this in after effects but I have photoshop and little patience. :D
Edit: a limerick should run
1. a number of syllables
2. same number as line 1.
3. a shorter ammount than line 1: around 5-7.
4. same as 3.
5. same as 1 + 2
Plus your regimented ammount of tum ti tuming.
