# Mornin'!
TJ: Can anyone recommend a media player for macs that isn't iTunes? I can't get iTunes X to work, and I've just spent two and a half hours on the phone to Apple support.

During that time, they had me uninstall and reinstall iTunes three times. Then they told me that the problem is that it's not working for me; I told them ever so politely that I'd noticed that myself. Then they cut me off.

I've tried Songbird, but that doesn't seem to work either.

it really is as simple as popping out the memory and cpu and putting the new ones in, but your not allowed on a mac
