Reminds me of real-life "revolutionaries" I used to know in the 1970s.
Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist), I think. They were trying to convert the Borough of Lambeth to Albanian-style Marxism (because Mao had gone soft). Pathetic, really.

[edit: as for the cutting, I just stuck the peter pan man on a layer on top, made him 50% transparent, then got to work with the eraser - seems the quickest way.]

I sometimes paste on top and hide the layer whilst it's still selected and just cut using the layer underneath as a guide. wow that's interesting innit?
