From this side of the pond the accents are so thick that, in some ways, it seems like a foreign language. Do Brits experience anything like this when Yanks speak?

but all Brits sound the same to us. Probably because we aren't trained to hear differences there. Brits sound like Aussies, and some Canadians, etc
