oh yes - that was the worst rebrand ever - it was truly awful
and then they became Santander - so they rebranded again
I've been with the Abbey for 18 years now - it's a rubbish bank and is getting worse
they've just changed their charges now, so instead of being charged £6.18 a month for being overdrawn - I'll be charged a flat £10 -"just to make things clearer"
