Pastrami with salad and lots of mustard on wholemeal bread.I used some lettuce that was about a week past it's best date, but was still crunchy and fresh. I hate wasting stuff.

BBE dates are rubbishi've never taken notice of them.
if it still smells and tastes fresh then it's edible.
