It might be worth having a look on CNET, I downloaded several flash editing suits off there some years back, but they were all flash 5 so stuggled with transparencies, but they were free and good enough for certain things,
But then I downloaded Macromedia 2004 pro and got a key for it, so haven;t really needed to look for anything else for years....
