things that can be added to gravy are...
chilli sauce
worcester sauce
bovril
marmite
mustard
cheese
tomato puree
garlic
curry powder
that stuff in the brown bottle with a yellow cap
wine
whisky
redcurrant jam
chilli jam
plum sauce
soy sauce
but never relish!

Quite sweet and not as hot as Lee & Perrins.
I used to be a chef so my love of it isn't just regional loyalty, it really is lovely.
