It takes a while to see them, but it does have a few merits, and I must admit, I'm a bit of a twitter convert (mainly through the ease of using tweetdeck)

Managed to get international roaming switched on on my phone by DM-ing Orange Customer Services' twitter account. I was mightily impressed.
