it will needs input of all for charity suggestions, then a separate poll every time to be impartial. I'd suggest the 'artwork' is prepared (and displayed online here somewhere) before the charity is decided/announced

some people may only want to donate artwork once they know who they're giving it away for.

if it does go the eBay route then no doubt you can specify which charity for which item and proceeds go direct to the charity of the donator's choice (as long as it's one on the eBay list).
