with the one i posted just below all i did was swap it to indexed with 8 colours (lost a small amount of detail in a couple of frames) and then save it as a png which is normally a much better choice for drawings than jpg is. you could also use gif instead of png with basically the same results.

in any event, this is going to ruin saw for me when i watch through the first four films next week...

This smaller (108k) version wouldn't annoy anyone on the board and it's pretty much on size. You could link through to the full glory but it's near enough for people to get what's goign on and it still looks good.

And regardless, I like it :)
