Haha, My missus likes kale

so we planted THREE varieties this year.

I have too much kale

and it freezes well so I'm destined to have too much kale for the rest of my life... I'm not sure I'm going to be able to cope... I'm really good at growing kale and mint and NOTHING ELSE... at least you can make mint into delicious mojitos

Tbh the problem with mint tends to be stopping it from growing...

I had an awesome cocktail at my local swanky cocktail bar.. a Thai Kick:

Vodka, gin, fresh coriander, fresh ginger and ginger beer.

It was like the guinness of the cocktail world.
