Hahahah
cheers, I just sent that to Kk :) For a while back in the day it was the only lunch she'd take to school. It was a fad; like tamagotchi, only less nutritious.

HA! My son (15 YO) was on a persistent quest for Lunchables when he was in early grade school.

Yeah, I think it swept the country.
I didn't really mind too much, we just made sure she ate properly in the evening.
To be honest I was never really sure if they were actually food. Almost every part of them looked like some form of plastic.

Haven't seen one of them for a couple of years now.
We get yellow ones instead: www.tonykeenebirds.co.uk/abirds/easternyellowrobin.html
(they're not related, but that's convergent evolution for you).

Awww sweet little fellah :)
We get lots of American robins around here. I miss the cheeky little ones in the UK though.

It forever pains me

Recently got back from Florida
we saw some lovely birds there but I don't know what most of them were. I try to find them afterwards but it's not always easy.
I'm kind of an ambient bird-watcher. I do look out for them, but I don't go looking for them, if you know what I mean.
