actually, it reminds me of the swing at our local play park. it has weird handles, so disabled children can swing on it.

because of the rotation of the feet
are they seperate layers? when i try to rotate a layer it rotates on every frame. am i doing something wrong?

yes--each foot orientation is a layer of its own
If you make duplicate layers, then you can re-orient or transform them independently
